A master computer system supports our advanced production with all-electric injection moulding machinery and 6-axis robots. This way, production planning can be carried out by qualified personnel in real time, and, in conjunction with the ERP system, batches can be traced right back to the starter material. Quality is the common thread that runs through every department and interface, and modular quality management means that all demands can be smoothly met right up to the strict requirements of medical production. In-process control (IPC) of characteristics agreed with the customer defines our quality assurance.
